After Care


When you have Legally Completed on your purchase, your contact details will be passed to our dedicated Customer Care Team. They will initially contact you by email, with an invite to our Clixifix system.

Any defects along with optional photos or supporting documents can be reported directly into the system. The system is updated so you automatically know when they are likely to be resolved. You will also be able to access any relevant certificates, documents and Home User Guide (a copy of which is also provided to you on a USB upon key handover).


Watkin Jones Home 2 year warranty

This covers any faults/defects in line with the NHBC standards, that may arise within the first two years of ownership. Please note, however, that this does not apply to individual appliances – it is important therefore that you register these direct with the manufacturer for their cover to be valid.

NHBC/LABC Build Warranty

Warranty providers may differ from development to development, but essentially these set the standards for the housebuilding industry including design, materials and workmanship, alongside a 10 year structural guarantee.
