Our Response to Coronavirus Outbreak

Dear Customer,

As we head into a second national lockdown, we would like to assure you that the safety and well-being of our customers and staff remains our highest priority. In line with Government advice we are still open for business but all of our sales centres are operating on a strictly by appointment only basis. Face coverings are mandatory in all of our sales centres. Appointments can be made by speaking to our sales advisors or by filling out the contact form found on all our development pages. Alternatively, our sales advisors are available to help over the phone or via e mail and will be happy to deal with any enquiry you may have. 

We are currently monitoring developments surrounding COVID-19 and are following the advice and recommendations from the Government, Public Health England and the World Health Organisation. Social distancing measures are in operation at all of our developments alongside additional hygiene and cleaning regimes.

We will continue to monitor the situation and review our internal processes in line with Government guidance and will update you as necessary. We are also monitoring connected suppliers such as solicitors, surveyors and banks – who at the time of writing are still operating normal working hours, as are we.

The Government has confirmed that people can still move house and all our sites including our sub-contractors are operational.
