Our response to the coronavirus outbreak

Our Response to Coronavirus Outbreak

Dear Customer,

We are taking the spread of Coronavirus in the UK, and more locally, extremely seriously. Our number one priority remains the safety and wellbeing of our sales advisors and customers.

We are staying up to date of the developing situation and are following the advice and recommendations from the Government, Public Health England and the World Health Organization. We are in daily contact with all teams, who are following guidelines around hygiene and cleaning regimes including thorough, frequent handwashing.

At this stage we will be continuing on an appointment ONLY basis and asking all parties the 3 questions below, with a yes to any question resulting in no appointment being booked.

  1. Has anyone who lives at the property/or within your home travelled abroad in the last 28 days?
  2. Has anyone you’ve been with in the last 14 days travelled abroad in the last 28 days?
  3. Is anyone suspected, showing symptoms, or had a positive coronavirus test result in the last 14 days?

We will be introducing a flexible working approach and therefore the sale advisor may not always be at the sales office, however we endeavor to be contactable via mobile and email.

We will continue to monitor the situation and update our internal processes in line with Government guidance, and will advise you were necessary. We are also monitoring connected suppliers such as solicitors, surveyors and banks – who at the time of writing are still operating normal working hours, as are we.

For all the latest official information on Coronavirus (COVID-19), please visit Public Health England and NHS websites.

PLEASE CALL/EMAIL THE SALES OFFICE FIRST TO ARRANGE AN APPOINTMENT BEFORE TURNING UP TO THE SALES OFFICE.
