Our Response to Coronavirus Outbreak

Dear Customer,

We are taking the spread of Coronavirus in the UK, and more locally, extremely seriously. Our number one priority remains the safety and wellbeing of our sales advisors and customers.

We are staying up to date of the developing situation and are following the advice and recommendations from the Government, Public Health England and the World Health Organization. We are in daily contact with all teams, who are following guidelines around hygiene and cleaning regimes including thorough, frequent handwashing.

We will continue to monitor the situation and update our internal processes in line with Government guidance, and will advise you were necessary. We are also monitoring connected suppliers such as solicitors, surveyors and banks – who at the time of writing are still operating normal working hours, as are we.
